These Terms & Conditions constitute the complete legal agreement between you and pk333 governing your use of the platform, your account, and all gaming, betting, and financial services offered at pk333.buzz. By registering an account or using any pk333 service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in their entirety. Accounts found to belong to persons under 21 are immediately suspended, all balances forfeited, and the matter reported as required under applicable regulations. There are no exceptions to this rule.
Each individual may hold exactly one pk333 account linked to one unique CNIC and one Pakistani mobile number. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in suspension of all related accounts. Your pk333 wallet operates in PKR and supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and debit card.
All pk333 bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable. Wagering multiples, eligible game contributions, and expiry periods are stated on each promotion's individual terms page. Attempting to withdraw before meeting requirements results in forfeiture of the bonus balance.

If an internal resolution is not achieved within 14 days, the dispute may be escalated to the independent dispute resolution service designated by pk333's licensing authority. All disputes are governed by the laws of the licensing jurisdiction.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:
Access to real-money gaming on pk333 is strictly restricted to persons aged 21 years or older. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age. pk333 verifies age at the KYC stage using CNIC documents. It is the sole responsibility of each Player to determine whether accessing and using the pk333 platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. pk333 does not make any representation that access to or use of its services is legal in any particular jurisdiction. Players who access the pk333 platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so at their own risk and bear all legal consequences. pk333 reserves the right to restrict access from any jurisdiction at any time without prior notice.
Each individual natural person may hold only one pk333 Account. The one-account rule is enforced through CNIC matching and mobile number uniqueness checks. Operating or attempting to operate multiple Accounts — whether under different names, mobile numbers, or identity documents — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all associated balances without recourse.
The following categories of person are explicitly prohibited from registering or maintaining a pk333 Account: (i) persons under 21 years of age; (ii) persons using false or borrowed identity documents; (iii) current employees, contractors, directors, or officers of pk333 and its affiliated entities; (iv) immediate family members of such employees residing in the same household; (v) persons who have been self-excluded from pk333 during an active exclusion period; and (vi) persons acting as agents or proxies for other individuals in creating or operating an Account.
To register a pk333 Account, you must provide a valid Pakistani mobile number, create a password meeting pk333's minimum security requirements, and agree to these Terms & Conditions. Your mobile number is your unique account identifier and username. You must ensure that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
pk333 is obligated under its international gaming licence to verify the identity of all Account holders. KYC verification requires submission of: (i) a clear photograph of the front and reverse of your valid CNIC; (ii) a selfie photograph as directed by the verification portal; and (iii) such additional documentation as pk333 may reasonably request. KYC must be completed within 30 days of Account registration or prior to your first withdrawal request, whichever occurs earlier. Accounts that do not complete KYC within this period will have their withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is completed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk333 Account credentials. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. pk333 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication on your Account. Any transaction, bet, or activity conducted through your Account while you are logged in — whether by you or by any third party who accessed your Account with or without your authorisation — is your sole responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must contact pk333 support immediately.
pk333 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL internet banking, UBL internet banking, Meezan Bank, Raast, 1LINK, and Pakistani debit cards. All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100. pk333 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which pk333 bears no responsibility.
Withdrawals may only be processed to payment methods previously used to deposit to the same Account, subject to pk333's AML and payment routing policies. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200. Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed within 5 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within 15–30 minutes during Pakistani banking hours. pk333 does not charge withdrawal fees.
pk333 reserves the right to delay processing any withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or compliance with applicable AML obligations. Where a withdrawal is held for compliance review, pk333 will notify the Account holder within 24 hours of the reason for the hold and provide a reasonable estimated resolution timeline.
Deposits made to a pk333 Account must originate from a payment account legally held by the depositing Player. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to a person other than the registered Account holder — are prohibited. pk333 may request proof of ownership of any payment method used. Failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in account suspension and reversal of associated transactions.
All pk333 bonuses — including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin credits, cashback offers, and VIP rewards — are subject to these General Bonus Terms in addition to the specific terms published on each individual promotion's page. In the event of a conflict between these General Bonus Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds credited to a Player's bonus wallet must be wagered a specified number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before any winnings derived from those bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering Requirements, eligible game contributions, and any applicable maximum bet restrictions are stated on each individual promotion page. pk333 strongly recommends reading the full terms of any bonus before claiming it.
All bonus funds carry an expiry period, which commences at the time the bonus is credited to the Player's account. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that have not been withdrawn or fully wagered by the expiry date will be automatically forfeited. The expiry period for each bonus is stated in the promotion's specific terms.
pk333 reserves the right to void bonuses, forfeit bonus-derived winnings, and suspend Accounts where it determines, in its reasonable judgement, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; placing bets that do not contribute meaningfully to wagering requirements while maximising bonus exposure; using low-risk betting strategies designed to extract bonus funds without genuine recreational gaming activity; and any pattern of play that pk333's risk management system identifies as inconsistent with genuine gaming behaviour.
Bonuses are available to verified Account holders only. Specific promotions may carry additional eligibility criteria such as minimum deposit thresholds, geographic restrictions, or VIP tier requirements. pk333 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, including after a bonus has been credited, where there is evidence of abuse, a technical error in the promotion's configuration, or a change in regulatory requirements.
Each game available on the pk333 platform is governed by its own individual game rules, accessible from the game's interface. It is the Player's responsibility to understand the rules of any game before placing a real-money bet. pk333 is not responsible for losses arising from a Player's misunderstanding of game rules.
All random number generator-based games on the pk333 platform are certified by an independent testing laboratory. Certification is renewed quarterly and confirms that game outcomes are statistically random and that published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate. pk333 does not manipulate or alter RNG game outcomes.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error that affects the outcome of a game in progress, pk333 will review the game logs and, at its discretion, either void the affected round and return the staked amount to the Player's wallet or, where the outcome can be definitively determined from server-side records, complete the round based on those records. pk333's decision in such matters is final.

pk333's collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data — including your CNIC details, mobile number, transaction history, and gaming records — is governed by the pk333 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also confirm your acceptance of the pk333 Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy describes: the categories of personal data collected; the legal basis for processing; how data is stored and secured; your rights as a data subject; and how to contact pk333 with data-related queries.
pk333 does not sell, rent, or transfer your personal data to third-party marketing organisations. Data is shared with third parties only where required for the operation of the platform (payment processors, KYC providers, game certification laboratories) or where required by law (regulatory reporting, AML compliance obligations).
pk333 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the platform. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party infrastructure issues, or circumstances beyond pk333's reasonable control. pk333 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk333's aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from or relating to use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their pk333 Account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
pk333 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — arising from a Player's use of or inability to use the pk333 platform, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if pk333 has been advised of the possibility of such loss.
Participation in real-money gambling involves inherent financial risk. All bets placed on the pk333 platform are placed voluntarily and at the Player's own risk. pk333 is not responsible for gambling losses incurred in accordance with the rules of any game or sport. The Player acknowledges that the house edge operates against them in all casino games and that no strategy can eliminate this mathematical disadvantage over the long run.
Any dispute, complaint, or concern arising from your use of the pk333 platform should be submitted to pk333 customer support in the first instance, either via live chat or by email to the address provided on the pk333 Contact page. pk333 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 business days. When submitting a dispute, please provide your Account details, a clear description of the issue, and any supporting evidence.
If the internal resolution process does not produce an outcome acceptable to the Player within 14 business days of submission, the Player may escalate the dispute to the independent dispute resolution (IDR) service designated by pk333's licensing authority. Details of the applicable IDR service are available on request from pk333 support.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk333 holds its international gaming licence. The courts of that jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings arising from these Terms & Conditions, to which the Player irrevocably submits.
pk333 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to active Account holders via the registered mobile number or through a prominent notice on the pk333 platform no fewer than 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the pk333 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept an amendment, you must close your Account and withdraw your PKR Wallet balance before the effective date of the change.
You may close your pk333 Account at any time by contacting support. Before closure, you must withdraw any remaining PKR Wallet balance (subject to KYC verification and any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds). Bonus balances remaining at the time of Account closure are forfeited. Account closure is processed within 5 business days of request confirmation.
pk333 may suspend or permanently close any Account immediately and without prior notice in the event of: (i) a breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions; (ii) suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering; (iii) provision of false identity information; (iv) operation of duplicate Accounts; (v) use of prohibited software or cheating methods; or (vi) any conduct pk333 reasonably determines to be harmful to the platform, other players, or third parties. In cases of legitimate Account closure (not related to a breach), pk333 will return the confirmed PKR Wallet balance to the Account holder's last verified payment method within 14 business days.
